Our story
From certified EVT technician to founder
MFSG was founded by a certified Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) who managed a municipal fleet from the inside — not as a software vendor looking in from outside. That hands-on experience shaped everything about how FleetGov works.
The recurring problem was always the same: fleet oversight gets handed to a superintendent who is already juggling several unrelated departments, usually with little or no automotive background. Preventive maintenance slips. Repairs become reactive. And when it's time to justify a new truck purchase to the board, there's no data to back up the ask.
FleetGov exists to fix that — a system built specifically so someone without a mechanical background can still run tight preventive maintenance cycles, keep clean compliance records, and make confident, data-backed replacement decisions. For municipalities that need hands-on help too, MFSG pairs the software with certified technician staffing.
